Berklee College will be applying for conditional use permit application for 699 Boylston Street.
Berklee College is seeking to lease and use the space formerly occupied by a gym/training facility at 699 Boylston for three dance studios in the basement. The street level will remain open to the public and will operate as a grab and go cafe similar to the previous use.
