Architecture Committee Chair Transition

Sue Prindle

April was an emotional month for the Architecture Committee as Sue Prindle announced that she is leaving her co-chair position, after masterfully leading the Architecture Committee for more than 17 years. The whole neighborhood benefitted from her dedication to preservation with an attention to details and a pursuit of design solutions that could blend harmoniously with the Back Bay surroundings, while coalescing around her a group of volunteers animated by the same cause. Sue will remain an active member of the committee and allow her expertise to continue to serve this community.

Jim Berkman, who recently completed a term on the Back Bay Architectural Commission, will be taking the role of co-chair of the Architecture Committee, a role he previously held from 2014 to 2020. It is a great pleasure to have Jim’s knowledge and skills brought back to our committee. Serge will retain the co-chair position with Jim.
