Boston City Council Recognizes Elliott Laffer

At their meeting on October 4, 2023, the Boston City Council passed a resolution to recognize the contributions of Elliott Laffer (Immediate Past NABB Chair and Board Member) for his 49 years of dedication to the Back Bay. District 8 City Counselor Sharon Durkan offered the resolution which was passed unanimously.
