City of Boston inviting public input on proposed bike lanes

Two City planning projects are currently underway with respect to major roadways in the Back Bay:

  • new bike lanes on Berkeley Street, and
  • the potential closure on Dartmouth Street in front of the Boston Public Library.

The most recent proposal concerns separated bike lanes planned on Boylston Street, Berkeley Street, a block of Beacon Street, and two blocks of Columbus Avenue to create continuous rides through the Back Bay from Fenway and the South End.

There are a series of in-person and virtual opportunities to share your thoughts, concerns, questions, and recommendations with the City around these projects.

We encourage you to participate in the public input process!
